Remote Cell Phone Hack
All these problems have a solution – cell phone hack. As you read all the reasons why one should hack someone’s cell phone, it is equally important to know how one should hack their cell phone. There are various ways, with the help of which one can hack someone’s phone remotely without them knowing. Once the app is activated, users will get complete access to all the functions of the targeted phone remotely. There are dozens of similar apps on the market, but Copy9 is popular due to two important things – a long list of features and because it is easy to use. Hacking cell phones is a smart idea for many reasons and now thanks to.
By on in Does remote install cell phone spy software actually work or is it a scam? Can you actually monitor a mobile phone without installing software on it? You need to read this and learn how to protect yourself. I get questions about this subject at least once a week – in various forms.
Can I spy on a cell phone without having access to it?. What about product X – is it any good?.
This software says I can install it on My phone and monitor another one – true?. Does remote cell spy work? – You get the idea! I get where people are coming from, I do. They want to use cell phone monitoring software, read that you need to install it onto the target phone and realize this is not going to work for them. Either they don’t have physical access to the target phone or it is password protected.
So they search the internet and find these companies promoting so called remote install spy software – no access to the target phone, download to your phone – works on all phones! Here’s the thing, no matter how much you want something to work – it doesn’t mean it will.
This is the Emotion they are preying on, that you really want it to be true. The companies know you are desperate for this to work and you let your guard down. You might not notice the glaring issues, screaming that things are not quite right.
I will show you how to spot some of warning signs and put this issue to bed – once and for all! But you know what?
People will still fall for it! Can You Spy on a Cell Phone Remotely, Without Access to the Target Phone? NO, never, not at all! Look at the major, established companies selling monitoring software – like,. Why would these companies Only sell software that needs to be installed directly onto the target phone, if there was an easy alternative – a remote install? There are two main reasons.
It would be totally illegal. Remember, to use traditional spy software you must have legal rights over the phone and any adult must be informed that it is monitored.
Imagine if you could just ring any number and spy on that phone – would that be OK with you?. The technology does NOT work as they suggest. How it is Supposed to Work These companies tell you that this will work on any cell phone on any network without modifying the phone.
Remote Cell Phone Hacking Software Download
You simply install the software on your own phone and then ring up the cell phone you want to monitor – after thirty seconds you will be able to see all future activity of the target phone. Does this sound too good to be true? The first minor issue – if you own an iPhone, you can’t install any external software which is not available from the Apple store, unless you (modify it). Next up – say you can actually install it onto your phone (most never get this far). They say you just need to dial the target cell number and connect for thirty seconds. What they actually mean is that you need to use Bluetooth tethering to connect – some call it Frequency Pairing but it is not. For this to happen Both phones need to accept the Bluetooth connection – which usually means turning on Bluetooth (both phones) and adding a long code to pair the devices.
The other issue with Bluetooth is that both phones need to be close – maximum range for Bluetooth is about 50 meters. Ref: So now it looks like you don’t need the target phone in your possession after all – but you are going to have to call up the target phone owner and get them to turn on their Bluetooth settings and then accept your device – IE. Your cell phone. Oh, and they need to be within at least 50 meters. If they go more than 50m away or if they turn off Bluetooth you will need to do it all again. Can you see any problems with this? Does this sound like the wonderful technology they describe?
This is the thinking behind the technology they are offering – which is just ridiculous in the first place. The fact is that even if you can jump through all those hoops and ignore the legal issues, it still does not work. When you buy this type of spy software they give you separate download files for the different phone types – Android, iPhone etc. This is what you are supposed to install on your cell phone.

The problem is that they are almost always impossible to install – the files are so outdated and simply don’t work. So, not only is the idea totally impractical but the technology itself is useless. You Don’t Have to Take My Word for it. When you find one of these products just do a Google search for the product name and add “scam” then look at what people are saying about being ripped off and not able to get refunds. Of course you might also find websites saying how great they are. Have a close look at any site claiming they work – do they look legitimate, are they a proper website or just a promo page? These companies are all basically scam operations.
They will take your money and run. They are always based overseas or use virtual office addresses. The products themselves are constantly changing names – when the level of complaints gets too high and the reputation is ruined, they simply re-brand the same thing as another name. I have never found or heard of one which actually works as they suggest. They are easy to spot if you look for a few warning signs.
Look for Warning Signs If the spy software product claims it can be remotely installed, installed only on your phone or any version of this – it is simply a scam. It really is that simple. With the legal implications, no real company is going to release this kind of software – even if technically they could.
The websites which promote these products usually have some common terminology and a certain style to them – look for some of these: One time payment – Free lifetime upgrades – no monthly charge All of the legitimate spy software programs sell you the license for a period of time, from a month to a year. They need to do this in order to fund development. As new versions of phones and Operating Systems are released they need to keep updating their software. The market moves quickly and they try to keep up with changing systems. A one off, lifetime purchase in this market is always a sign of a scam. Strange Free Bonuses – a common trick is to bundle together other useless products, free when you buy their software. One offers a free Hypnosis CD – handy!
If a free bonus looks dodgy it probably is. Real companies don’t do this kind of thing. Look at the sales page. Does it look like a real website – with multiple articles, company details, address etc? Or is it one really long page with lots of tick boxes and headlines, a crumby looking video, loads of Buy Now boxes – interspersed with glowing “testimonials”.
You get to recognize these sales pages – they are all similar, just the product changes. The Price – often, but not always a giveaway. Does it seem like an incredibly good deal – compared to all the other spy software programs? If you were a business and you had developed this amazing software product, would you sell it at a fraction of your main competition? If you see a site selling a brand new iPad with a “lifetime guarantee” for $49.95 – would you key in your credit card details? How can you pay – check out the payment methods they will accept.
I’m guessing only credit cards, Skrill or some other money brokers. Real businesses offer several methods and most include Pay Pal. There is a reason. Remember they are running a scam, they don’t want to be bothered with little things like refunds. It’s a churn and burn process and none of them can deal with Pay Pals rules. Google their address – if they actually print one on the website.
Hack Phone Free
I found one whose address was a famous baseball ground in Chicago! I could go on and on. A lot of these warning signs can be applied to any online purchase. Before you get out your credit card you need to have a good look at any website.
Step back for a moment and think – is this too good to be true and are you happy giving your details to a crumby looking website. Unfortunately these scam companies will continue to make money off the unwary. They will continue to change their names and websites when things get too hot then move on again. If you take on board what I have said you should be able to avoid getting scammed. Final Note If you come across any website either selling or promoting Remote Install cell spy software – leave! If a review site is actually recommending these products you simply can’t believe a word they say – they are trying to make money over providing honest opinion. Have you been scammed – tell us about it in a comment – it might just save someone else.
Dear Michael, I know the article was written in Nov 2013 but Hope you read this question: recently again there are new websites claiming remote installation like Cell Phone Spy and Cell-Spy-Stealth, is it still not possible right? I actually have been a victim of cell phone spy and always get worried when such websites come up. Just a thought: For our peace of mind it would be great if you could have a status update on top of this web page or another webpage that could confirm from time to time (say quarterly) that remote installation is still not possible.
Great question! I must admit it frustrates me when people keep asking about remote installation – but I do understand how many people really want this to work (and be true). New products, old products – all claiming you can just send a text and don’t need to install software, no jailbreak for iPhones etc. – sounds too good to be true and it is. The thing is – even if these programs had the working technology to make this happen – they will not. Because they would be shut down instantly – they would be breaking so many laws you wouldn’t believe. You will not be able to buy remote install software legally – ever!
The only reason they get away with selling this stuff is that it does not work as they claim – the only laws they are breaking are to do with making false claims, and these are not worth pursuing. Try taking a website to court for a false claim – especially one hosted in say the Caymans or wherever. Just imagine if all anyone needed to do to spy on you was have your cell number – think about it. Can you imagine the backlash? There are products out there which work in different ways but you will not be buying them with your credit card from some spammy website.
These are highly illegal, used by criminals and law enforcement (oh the irony). Every year people are jailed for stuff like this – it is serious stuff. And no you will not find it for sale from a website ever!
So now people will still ask about their ex using this remote software – paranoia is a strong feeling and reason goes out the window. Sure it is possible your ex hired a criminal gang or a shady private detective for thousands of dollars just to see who you are texting – and they will be risking jail to help you. Do you think? Don’t beleive me – go buy one and report back, and tell us how you got on with the refund! Thank you Michael, I wish I had come across your page sooner because I just fell for a scam because I bought it and then realized I should have known better and researched it first. Too late, I’m now $27, in the “blink of a click”, poorer. Live and learnso I’m sharing my woes so that others need not fall into the same trap.
Mapinfo professional 8.0 tutorial. The so-called “company” is RemoteCellSpy In the meantime, I will be frequently checking my pending bank transactions tomorrow and dispute it if I “catch” it before it gets processed. It’s worth a try. Thanks for listening!
There are loads of ways your devices can be monitored illegally – and it would be technically possible for it to work via hidden executable files etc.etc.etc. But the point is – you can not just buy this kind of thing – the companies you will find online offering remote install software do not work as they describe and they are scams. You can’t just buy a malicious code or malaware freely online.
Sooner or later these companies offering remote spying will be closed down – you can’t buy them through Pay Pal for example – but when they are reported and taken down, they just re-launch as something else. Classic online scam procedure. Hi I must be one of the lucky ones. I paid the $27 via Skrill but even though it said you could use PayPal for the remote cell spy.The PayPal option didn’t work.
I didn’t even get as far as installation. I emailed them for technical support because I couldn’t work out how you could call the target phone for 30 seconds. I said to them does that mean that every 30 second call I make would enable me to monitor all those other phones. Without explanation I had a full refund via Skrill.
Then they continued to ignore me. Call their bluff and ask technical questions. It worked for me. I just bought spy-call stealth, being so tired of being lied to, I acted on impulse because I’m desperate for some kind of truth.
I un-clicked the box where it adds support and extra downloading for 29.99 each but it charged me for it anyway. I called their support hotline right away and they issued a credit but said it would appear in 5-7 days and I have a receipt. Does that mean I won’t get it? The site said not to open the link if you do not access to the phone you want to monitor, so I sent support an email.
Should I just call my credit card Co to stop the pymt? So it really doesn’t work, does anything work to catch a cheater? Michael, in my researching for an assignment im currently working on I snowed balled onto your website. I have just read your article and all the comments that followed.
I am wow’d My initial reaction was to post you the question “so does remote install spy software work?” But I just could even joke with you. You have the patiance of a saint. I’m personally stunned at how many people have been and continue to be scammed. Sad really, if you can’t trust them they ain’t got you people. Best of luck to all, congratulations for doing your research and landing here (considering you did this before being ripped off).
Again thanks Michael, the patient display of education you provided was humbling. Thank u 4your detailed explanations of spying on a phone without needing the target phone I was 5 minutes away from spending $69.95 on a app or software program that claims they can do it remotely it’s called auto forward??
They have some paid marketing telling you how good the company is its a one time lifetime purchase (which doesn’t make sense if it’s a good app why would a company limit themselves to a one time fee instead of charging a monthly fee if the app does everything it says it does?) including turning on the target phone’s camera and taking pictures!! Anything and everything you would want to spy on is available according to the reviews there’s even a video that I watched a little over 7 minutes long that showed screenshots & step by step log in & the app dashboard & that all you needed is the target phones number ETC ETC. What was even more funny to me is that on this particular website it gives a review of this company as a great company that they found how they used it for a co-worker’s phone just to try it out but yet they also had a link to how to choose a good company and when reviewing this article it tells you beware of one time fees and so on and so on to the website itself was very contradicting. So long story short thank you so much for schooling us on how to spot scam ads and scam companies and saving me $70 I should have known if it sounds too good to be true it always is. I am in the lion’s den now.I was suspicious when the installation process was so complicated.
For the record, the name is Cell Tracker, offering remote installation of the spy app by ‘pairing’ only. But you cannot have the downloads until you buy a product from its affiliated sponsors, saying those partners pays for their software they’r giving out free.
So if you buy any one product from these ‘legitimate’ guys, you will be given a link to the installation manual. So its not free after all. The next step to this manual after your purchase is another link where you are told the package is zipped, and unzipping it you need to have the special program to unzip the bloody thing, and you have to buy it from Cleverbridge the software called WINZIP. What is very stressful with the whole process is when you run the program to unzip the manual package and open to see the instructions, the only thing you will see is the opening page of how to get the free app these people should be wiped out from living. I just want to thank Mr.Michael Keenan for that brutley honest article on spy apps that feature remote install, i did some researching on 4 different companies that offer remote install, (before i found your article) and just to make sure their app was completely remote i called their customer service number, and they all said i would need physical contact for up to 5 minutes.
If after reading your article, people did not comprehend that no spay app can be installed remotely the they don’t understand plain English. It was very clear that remote install is not an option at this point in time. Thank you again mrs.cooper.
